I'm an enthusiastic personal trainer, devoted to women's health and fitness.
My specialisation lies in helping women build strength, resilience, and confidence at every stage of life.
As a solo mum of two, pet mum to a dog and cat, caregiver to my parents, and a business owner, I deeply understand how incredibly busy life can be, and the many demands women face. I believe it's essential for us to resource ourselves and invest in our well-being. As the directors of operations within our households, if we go down, the whole ship comes with us.
Remember: if you don't make time for your wellness, you'll be forced to make time for your illness. I move for my mind and often joke that I'm like a dog – I need to be walked every day!
