What to Expect in Class
Each 30 minute session is focussed, energising, and easy to follow - with variations for all levels.
Tuesday: Lower Body Focus (Legs & Abs)
Wednesday: Upper Body Focus (Arms & Abs)
Thursday: Full Body Workout (All muscle groups)
You can use resistance bands or light weights if you have them - but everything can be done equipment-free too. Three weekly sessions are all you need to stay consistent, feel stronger, and move with confidence.
Recordings are always available after the live class — so you can move whenever it suits you.
