WELCOME TO MOVE WITH EMMA

ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES

3 live 30 minute strength and mobility classes at 9-9:30am every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (UK time) for just £35 per month (or converted to your local currency by your bank).

Recordings are available after the live class for you to do at a time that suits you.

FULL BODY FITNESS

Tuesdays are focused on the lower body - 30 minutes of legs and abs. We sometimes use resistance bands and / or weights if you have them but equally all the classes can be done without equipment.

Wednesday we focus on arms & abs, a great session for the upper body and Thursday we focus on all the muscle groups with a total body session.  You always have the option of using weights or exercising without equipment. We use resistance bands if you have them but equally all the classes can be done without equipment.

 

We work through the whole body within our 3 weekly classes ensuring you get all the movement you need each week as 3 x 30 is enough.
